We are an accredited research practice and are currently taking part in the following research:
ESMA - pre testing a face to face intervention by text messaging service or smart phone app to support adherence to medications prescribed for high blood pressure
METNA RA – using an electronic survey to validate a new methotrexate treatment adherence tool in rheumatoid arthritis
IPCAS- to evaluate a new model of care for stroke survivors living in the community
CLASP 5/Renewed - Aims to evaluate an online intervention offering lifestyle and wellbeing support for cancer survivors, called Renewed.
USP - To explore what happens during the diagnostic journey of patients with urological symptoms, and how, why and then missed diagnostic opportunities might occur during the testing process.
POST STROKE FATIGUE – not enough is known about feeling tired after having a stroke and the study team want to learn more and how the health care team can support stroke patients better
VIRTUAL REHAB PHYSIO PROGRAMME – looking at a 12 week exercise programme for people who have had a stroke and one arm is affected. The programme is looking at developing a physio programme which you can do at home via a TV or Xbox.
