Please be aware that due to a shortage of appointments along with a shortage of vaccinations, we are unable to offer travel clinic appointments at this time. 

Please be aware there is a national issue with Vodafone's network calling Landline phones. Therefore if you try to ring the Surgery you will be able to hear us however we cannot here you. Please try to use an alternative number if possible, if this is not then our receptionists will try to call you back.

In June we had 333 appointments that were not attended. This is equates to 4,365 minutes. This is unfortunately an increase of 31 appointments compared to last month. If you cannot attend please cancel your appointment! Thank you.

Test Results

test_vials2Please telephone the surgery after 14:30 Monday - Friday. All patients over the age of 16 must obtain their results themselves and not assume results are normal because they have not heard from the surgery. Allow 5 working days, except in the case of cervical smear results and B12 blood results.

We prefer specimens, such as urine and faeces to be brought to the surgery before 14:00pm in order to reach the laboratory that day. The surgery provides the appropriate bottles, we will only accept specimens in these.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the patient unless they have given permission for a relative to have access/information on their behalf or if they are not capable of understanding them.
