How to Request a Pre-Bookable Appointment
You can request a pre-bookable appointment with a doctor or clinician for up to six weeks in advance by using our Pre-Bookable Form.
Your request will be assessed by our GP led Triage Hub and will be assigned to the best person to help you with your concern.
Please allow two working days for us to review your request and for us to contact you
Please ensure you check your emails regularly for our response.

Routine appointments are usually booked or arranged in advance and you will be seen by a clinician such as a nurse or healthcare assistant.
