The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service.
It is based on one simple question:
“Overall, how was your experience of our service?”
Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience – what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you’re helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.
In February we received 62 responses from patients with the following responses (taken from the SMS and card completed in the waiting room:
- Very Good –49
- Good – 3
- Neither Good nor Poor – 5
- Poor – 4
- Very Poor – 1
- Don’t Know – 0
Overall 83% of all respondents would recommend School Lane Surgery to a friend or family member.
Please note that due to a technical issue with the SMS system, not all automatic SMS’s were sent out leading to far fewer results this month.
