School Lane SurgeryWe want to inform you about an upcoming change to our phlebotomy (blood test) service. Starting from Monday 11th November we will begin transitioning from our current sit-and-wait system to a pre-booked appointment system. This change has been introduced in response to patient feedback and aims to reduce wait times, making your experience more convenient and efficient.
Key Dates:
- From 11th we will begin phasing in pre-booked appointments alongside the sit-and-wait service.
- From 18th onwards, all phlebotomy appointments will be by booking only.
This means you will need to schedule an appointment in advance for blood tests after this date.
Where we invite you for a test, we may send you a SMS with a link for you to book your own appointment for your convenience. Of course, if you are not able to do this, then call or pop in and we will book it for you.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we make this transition, and we will do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum.
Our goal is to create a smooth, streamlined process that minimises your wait times and improves your experience at the clinic.
