The School Lane Patient Participation Group (PPG) would like to invite you to join us for an informative and engaging evening at:
Thetford Library (1st Floor) on Tuesday, 12th November from 5pm to 7pm.
As a valued patient of School Lane Surgery, your voice matters. We invite you to attend our upcoming Patient Question and Answer event, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about your surgery and the NHS.
What to Expect:
- Introductory Talks: Gain insights into general and common surgery matters, as well as how the NHS operates and how your surgery is funded.
- Patient Q&A Panel: Our staff will be on hand to answer your pre-submitted questions.
How to Submit Your Questions:
You can submit your questions in two ways:
- Online: Visit our website and fill out the online form using the link below

- Paper: Leave a written question at the School Lane Reception or Healthy Living Centre.
Important Notes:
- Please do not include any personal information in your questions. We will not be able to address individual cases at this event and the questions are being given directly to the PPG for them to collate.
- Please submit your questions by Monday, October 21st.
- We will not be able to answer questions related to School Lane Pharmacy as it is a separate business.
Whether or not you have a question, you are welcome to attend this event. It’s a great opportunity to connect with other patients, learn more about your surgery, and have your voice heard.
