We wanted to just help set out the process if you attend an appointment and your clinician feels that you need an X ray.
This will be recorded in your medical notes during your consultation. You will then be given a telephone number to arrange your appointment.
To book your X ray, please call West Suffolk Hospital on 01284 713378. When you call, the booking team will offer you a choice of locations and appointment times so you can select the option that works best for you.
Please note that the X ray department at HLC is not a walk in service and appointments cannot be booked in person at HLC. All X ray appointments are arranged centrally by the West Suffolk Hospital booking team via the telephone number above.
This system helps ensure you are offered the most convenient location and time available.
