Our Reception Team is the friendly face and reassuring voice of the practice. They are the first point of contact for our patients both in person and over the phone.
They do far more than answer calls or book you in. They are the link between you and your healthcare team, guiding you to the right professional for your needs, providing essential information on our services, and ensuring your queries are handled swiftly and accurately.
They arrange most appointments with our GPs and nurses, issue repeat prescriptions, and make sure your requests get to the right team member without delay.
No more are they simple receptionists. They are care navigators helping to ensure that patients are signposted to the right service or person the first time.
Behind the scenes, our Admin Team keeps the practice running smoothly. Ensures that every detail in our patient records is accurate and up to date. They scan and file incoming correspondence, summarise medical records, process referrals, manage private work, troubleshoot IT issues, and organise recalls for long term conditions. All vital tasks that keep our services efficient and reliable.
Together, these teams ensure that every patient journey starts well, runs smoothly, and ends with the care and attention you deserve.
